Using SAP UEM by Knoa, Johns Manville has been able to provide its manufacturing plants with a valuable approach to streamlining SAP user data collection for use in improving operational outcomes to support business productivity, efficiency and agility. With the deployment of Knoa Software, Johns Manville has reduced SAP support calls by over 50% within a one year timeframe.
