In what ways is the branding ‘coherent’ – why does it all look like it’s for the same band?A way in which the branding is „coherent‟ is by thegray scale effect that comes across in both the advertand the digipack.Also both have the same text type Serif and this alsogives the coherent appearance.Another way in which the branding is „coherent‟ is bythe use of images. As both the advert and digipackcontain the same image.

Audience FeedbackThe audience believe there is a clear “house style”which means that throughout the package there arevisual similarities such as the gray scale and the textused.They also commented that the marketing is coherentby the way the same images are used and therefore itis easy to link both the digipack and the magazineadvert together with the artist.

BrandingWhen it comes to branding and marketing a productthere are the 4 important P‟s• Price• Place• Promotion• ProductWith the advert and digipack there are manysimilarities and this is good as the audience likerepetition with a product and it maintains brandloyalty. Therefore the idea of keeping the font andcolour the same keeps the brand clear.
