Paper presented in the ‘Emergent Culture’ 6th midterm Conference of the European Sociology Association's Research Network Sociology of Culture (RN7) 16 - 18 November) 2016, Exeter University, UK. Is ‘slow scholarship’ feasible in the competitive context of academic careers where managerialism, self-promotion, and tick-the-box measures of achievement have become determiners of academic success? This paper interweaves visual, auditory and performative narratives to represent an emerging alternative to the existing paradigm as seven female academics and educators gradually find ways to disrupt and cross the boundaries of their tenuous roles as educators in four regional Australian universities. Over one year, they create a space where new thinking, confidence and wellbeing emerges. They negotiate an ethics of praxis for writing and publishing: this disrupts the self-seeking habitus of academic life, re-constitutes academic writing as an emergent space for speaking back to received values about what counts as research writing; and reconstitutes and acknowledges the intrinsic value of each individual life as a contributing element of the combined strength and energy of the group. These practices are then adopted by a second group of academics who work alongside the first group. Innovation and creativity produce new technology, entrepreneurship turns ideas and innovations into manifest everyday practice. It can be argued that entrepreneurship is the process by which the future is created from ideas and innovations. This study unit will use the creation of a new venture as a method of entrepreneurship, so called Quasi-Enterprise model of Private-Public-Partnership. The course will simulate the development of a new venture through the creative practices of the participants. In the process key theories and ideas will be presented and discussed. The structure is designed to support the kind of learning required, a cognitive structure emphasizing key concepts, themes and intellectual abilities. The module covers some fundamental concepts and trends in research in the field. Linkages are made with innovation, creativity and foresight. The module then explores the processes of entrepreneurship in the discovery, evaluation, and the exploitation of opportunities. This follows a logical sequence from initial ideas and innovation through the emergence and evaluation of the opportunity into a planned and shaped activity and into the implementation process.

The aim of this initiative is to facilitate responsible and safe use and control of ammonium nitrate, to roadmap strategy, to point out short term goals as well action plan in long term, which will be acceptable for private and industrial sectors, as well at governmental level. At the starting stage it is reasonable to set up legislative background with the analogy to foreign countries law and with realization of appropriate adaptation mechanisms. For this at the beginning we will apply draft law version to appropriate sub-committees in the parliament. The initiative group was established in accordance to the geopolitical risks consideration and in relevance of neighboring security policy tasks assessment.

Course coordinator of Athletes performance and Legislation. Iv.Javakhishvlisi Tbilisi State University Diploma programs help many army service members earn their sports-related degrees or take sport education courses, even during military services. Earning a diploma can lead to jobs in the sport profession as a coach, athletic trainer or administrator in the future. The online courses are beneficial to anyone in the military who has the desire to continue to learn and to improve both mentally and physically. Our initiative provides platform for the smooth transition of retired veterans to civil lifestyle and their integration in sports related activities, to stimulate active participation in university athletic team life, capacity building of leadership and performance enhancement. Program provides with a wealth of information relating to the performance and legislation, risk management. It will be a vital asset to in both civilian and military life. The aim of the project is to involve retired military service veterans in sport education and coaching. To address veterans’ organizations to recruit veterans to sports education, coaching, risk and security management and Paralympics, to facilitate smooth transition of carrier from military to civil. We provide online course of distance education which is promoted at the university web-site as a diploma course of up to one year duration, teaching about rehabilitation and psychological aid, leadership, ppromoting sports education for involvement of retired veteran military service members to become sports educators trough coaching; to build sport safety management team. The program in forward looking perspective is dedicated to be available on many languages for demobilized army service members and wounded warriors. The university will work closely with the wounded warriors to deliver online education Degree programs in sports management are offered to post military service army members, who are ill, wounded or disabled from post combat duty in Afghanistan. Earning PhD degree can lead to jobs in the sport profession as a coach, athletic trainer or administrator in the future.
