  26. 26. • Employers don’t prioritise LGBT+ as a diversity strand – Are they missing out on a pool of talent or losing talent? Hardly any issues with the retention of LGBT+ students compared to other diversity strands. There is also not enough evidence to suggest that the group is under represented. • The main issue seems to be with the recording or at least accessing sensitive data. Employers will only collect data to solve a problem: Do they need to prioritise something in which they have no issues with? Do they not know they have a problem in the first place? Will lack of prioritisation cause issues later down the line?
