Crime In Harlem • In the 1800s there were 2 of the greatest "Gangsters" of Harlem. • Everyone respected Al Capone and Lucky Luciano. • Luciano was the Leader, like a chairman to the mob. • Capone was his right hand man , second in charge then came the mob. • They had a history of gambling, prostitution, gangs and drug dealing.
