Responsible for overseeing the rooms from start to end of my day which include the following (i.e. VIP
rooms are ready before guest arrives, off market or out of order rooms are being watched each day,
guaranteed early arrivals are pre-registered in the system, loyal members are being upgraded fairly etc.).
Execute a hotel of over 500 rooms, by staying in contact with the house keeping department making sure
rooms are ready on time or over see if a room is sitting on pending for too long.
Manage to keep in contact with the sales department for any in coming groups.
Ensure that our residential suites are maintaining revenue equally.
