The recorded images will be transferred to the NVR automatically once the network is reconnected. This recovery bandwidth can be configured to balance the streams of live view and recovery.
  22. 22. Dynamic Quality Change by Motion 22 • To reduce the bandwidth for network and storage, the camera shall support configurable lower frame rate and bit rate when no motion detected.
