Create and implement initiatives to grow new accounts and revenue.  To maintain records for daily e- mails, MIS reports, daily communications, projects, complaints and samples.  Coordination amongst team: RND, sales, logistic and supply chain, manufacturing, accounts and sample department for ongoing activity.  Arrangement of scheduled meeting on CRM for projects, samples and complaints to do necessary action and present the report to higher authority.  Work closely with the business development team on business planning, performance, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement efforts.  Management of trip from inception to completion of the trip Bargain with the vendors on Cost / Quality Submission.  Preparations of MIS Reports & other reports as assigned.
