Users in Finland (ELFi)
 is an energy industry interest group focusing on the electricity
market.
 is to promote the position of large electricity users in the energy
market, to promote competition and supply in the production,
distribution, transmission and sale of energy, and to promote the
functioning of the energy market in general.
 The mission of the association is to promote the efficient use of
energy and increase the energy expertise of its members.
 Full member
 A legal entity operating in Finland that is, directly or through its owners, a net buyer
of electricity in the Nordic countries
 annual electricity consumption is at least 30 GWh

1. Postponement (2 years) of the EU’s MSR
2. Compensation for indirect CO2 costs from 2016 =>

3. Reduction in the VoLL max. price ceiling to EU regulations
4. New cross border connection between Finland and Sweden
5. Reduction of electricity tax to the EU minimum level (2021-

6. Lowering profit for DSOs (currently under process in the
Parliament )
