  • I am Steve Healton from Summit Career College in Southern California. Like here in Florida we had winter for about two days in December. This is some of my background and I play this intro because I’m not on the air now, and this is a good excuse to here it again.
  • Software as a service (SaaS, typically pronounced [sæs]), sometimes referred to as "software on demand," is software that is deployed over the internet and/or is deployed to run behind a firewall on a local area network or personal computer.
