• Cell phone is not only device to communicate with other
persons. It is very much useful to communicate and command
the machine also.
• In this busy schedule, man can get his work accomplished through a
robot even in his physical absence from any place through SMS
using a cell phone.
• This product has many applications in medical as well as industrial
and defence system.
• Robot can travel to all those places where it is not possible for a
human to evolve.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
• The objective of this project is to control and operate the robot with
the help of cell phone through SMS technique.
• To provide the advantages of robust control, working range as large
as the coverage area of the service provider with no interference
with other controllers .

• Conventionally, wireless-controlled robots use RF circuits, which
have the drawbacks of limited working range, limited frequency
range and limited control.
• So we developed a product which is user friendly as well as robust
in controlling with wider working range and faster operating speed.

A typical Robotic Vehicle is capable of traveling over various terrains and
traversing obstacles. In one embodiment, the design in this work, includes a body
having four drive wheels coupled to the ends . The wheels are selectively powered
to propel the vehicle. The use of Robots is highly recommended for Industries
especially for safety and productivity reasons.

• Cell phone is not only a device to communicate with other persons but it

• The appearance and capabilities of the robot vary vastly but they share the
feature of mechanical and movable structure under some form of control, as this
robot is being controlled by giving a SMS by our mobile phone.

• We can detect the position of enemies by arranging a wireless
camera to the robotic vehicle.
• We can use the robot for disposing hidden landmines.
• Can be used for spying.
• If better sensors are used, permits the robot to be more aware
of its environment, to communicate with human operators

RESULT AND DISCUSSION
•This product is user friendly, cell phone operated-robotic vehicle
include wireless controlling provisioning and surveillance system,
3G-technology-based vehicle navigation, and limitless operational
range based on the network of the cell phone.
•Thus by developing a cell phone operated robotic car, we have over
come the drawbacks of the conventionally used RF circuits. This
includes advantages such as robust control, minimal interference
and a large working range.
