  2. 2. Seed In Soil <ul><li>Seeds need WOW. Water , Oxygen, Warmth. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Germination <ul><li>If the seeds gets WOW, it will germinate. </li></ul><ul><li>The root begins to grow down into the soil. </li></ul><ul><li>The stem grows up towards the light. </li></ul>
  4. 4. Growth <ul><li>The stem grows bigger </li></ul><ul><li>Develops leaves and flowers </li></ul>
  5. 5. Mature Flower <ul><li>Flower is full grown </li></ul><ul><li>Flower can now make new flowers </li></ul>
  6. 6. Pollination <ul><li>In order for the plant to reproduce it must be pollinated </li></ul><ul><li>Mature flowers produce pollen which can be moved by insects, wind, and animals. </li></ul>
  7. 7. Fertilization <ul><li>Pollen lands on another flower. If it reaches the inside of the flower,it will grow a pollen tube. </li></ul><ul><li>Seeds form in the flower and ripen. </li></ul><ul><li>Sometimes it creates a fruit with seeds. </li></ul>
  8. 8. Seed Dispersal <ul><li>Fruit or flower will dry and burst. </li></ul><ul><li>Release seeds into the environment by wind, insects, animals, or water </li></ul>
  9. 9. Life Cycle Starts Again <ul><li>Fertilized seed falls to the ground and the life cycle starts all over again! </li></ul>
