Your CRM database is the key to managing your world, strengthening relationships with your supporters and ultimately raising more funds. So, where do Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn fit in?

What’s the benefit of social media?

Who’s doing this already, how does it work and is it really raising funds or awareness?
What’s the strategy for linking your social media fundraising, membership or lobbying activities with your CRM database solution?

Your presenter, Steve Cast, Founder and MD of AdvantageNFP will answer these questions and offer a valuable insight, using “real life” client case studies from the NFP sector.

UPDATED: September 2012 to add content regarding Digital Shelf and to update statistics within the presentation.

  • Redbourn business systems was formed in 1994 by its current managing director, Steve Cast. It came about after Wilkins Computer systems went into receivership and Steve, who was their technical director, approached a couple of other key personnel within Wilkins with a view to forming a company to maintain ex-Wilkins customers. Redbourns aim has always been to provide value for money whilst ‘maintaining the highest quality standards’. We aim to develop partnerships with customers, rather than just make a fast buck & then leave them to fend for themselves. As a result of this we have maintained many of our customers over many years & have gained new customers by word of mouth recommendation. We value our reputation which we are happy to stand by, and should you pursue our references I’m certain that you will be pleased with the responses.
