Understanding Self  Values: Learning more about my values show me what makes me passionate as a leader, and what is important to me.  Strengths: Learning more about my strengths show me what my strengths are as a leader and how I can use them to be a better leader.  Knowledge: Learning more about different leadership styles and leadership in general allows me to decide what kind of leader I want to be.

How I apply them:  By building meaningful relationships with others  By always smiling and by never giving up on a problem.  By always including everyone regardless of their race, gender, religion, etc.  By setting goals for myself, and by thinking not only how can I make a difference now, but how can I make a difference in the future
  6. 6. My Leadership Style  Transformational and Relational
  7. 7. How I apply it:  Transformational: By inspiring others to be good people and make a difference in the world. In particular by inspiring people to work with the Wounded Warrior Project.  Relational: By listening and collaborating with others in particular on group projects. By not taking control.

  10. 10. My Goals  To start and run the Wounded Warrior Project as a club on campus.  To honor and empower wounded warriors through fundraising and volunteer work.  To make a difference in someone else’s life and in the world.
  11. 11. How I will Achieve this:  By communicating with those who can help me start the organization such as COSO.  By inspiring others to join the club  By working with others within the club and being open to others ideas
  12. 12. The Type of Leader I aspire to be  A leader who inspires others to be positive and make a difference in the world.  A leader who can relate to others and work with others, not above others.  A leader who is ethical.  A leader who is inclusive.  A leader who is respected.
