Every successful entrepreneur has courage,
that is the key strength you need when going
against the odds. they may pose as confident
but they are equally confronted with fears
and doubts presented to any aspiring
entrepreneur.
All successful entrepreneurs
strongly believe in their capabilities
to succeed in their venture, that is
what drives them to success along
with their vision.
 Entrepreneurs like Donald Trump understands
that if something needs to be done, you should
start it by yourself. They put in place objectives
and parameters and make sure that their
project(s) follow that path.
 They come out as highly proactive individuals
and don’t sit around waiting for opportunities to
come knocking.
 These individuals are solemnly focused on
making their business a success and they are
keen to eliminate any distractions or hindrances
to their goals. They have clearly stated
strategies and outlined tactics on how to
accomplish their goals. Discipline takes them as
far as strictly following their business schedules
and activities, observing there spending and
investing habits to adhering to their personal and
general business principles and ethics. Simply
put; they are disciplined enough to daily take
steps towards archiving their business
objectives.
 True entrepreneurs don’t question their
ability to succeed or whether they are
worthy of success. They are always confident
with the knowledge that they can make their
business succeed. Their confidence pushes
them to take even bigger risks that come
with bigger rewards.
When you come to think of it, a confident
entrepreneur secures more trust and similar
confidence in their clients and potential
investors, another recipe for entrepreneurial
success.
 Many companies and businesses are formed
because an entrepreneur believes that they
can do better than another. They need to win
in the niches they choose and therefore need
to win in the businesses and ventures that
they create.
 True entrepreneurs take competition
positively and formulate strategies on how to
come up with better products or services
that draw interest in the market.
 Successful entrepreneurs understand that
every situation and event is a business
opportunity. Ideas are constantly generated
about efficiency and workflows, potential
new business and people skills.
 They have a receptive mind to new ideas and
the ability to focus on the business side of
everything around them.
 One element of creativity is the ability to
make connections between seemingly
unrelated situations or events. A close look
at Donald Trump’s problem solving and
investment techniques reveals that he
formulates solutions from the synthesis of
other seemingly unrelated items.
 Creativity puts his products and services
above all others of a similar category in the
market.
 Although this comes as the last item on my
list, passion is very vital for the success of
any entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs genuinely
love what they do. They are willing to invest
in those extra hours to ensure that their
business succeeds because they derive joy
and satisfaction that goes beyond the money.
 Successful entrepreneurs always read and
research within their field on ways and
techniques to create an outstanding and
long-lasting business.
 When you start out, you must realize that
you have raw talents, skills, and abilities.
Sometimes you'll have to go out of your way
to find them for yourself. No one will find
your gifts for you. You have to search for
them on your own. Once you do, make a
special effort to do what you do best
 No one has the same exact story as you do! It
doesn't matter what profession you're in — you
must still learn to tell your story. When I started
to tell my story, it taught me a lot about myself.
It also led me to better opportunities because it
improved my communication skills. What's your
story? When are you going to share it?
 Your story is important because it tells the world
where you've been, who you are, and where
you're about to go. Truthfully, everyone wants to
know your story. Do yourself a favor and write
your life story out in 5-10 pages. Keep in mind
that it doesn't have to be perfect. Who knows?
Maybe it might turn into a book!
 If you want to build a multimillion-dollar
business, you need a product to sell and a
story to tell. When you look at the biggest
brands out there, they share a story along
with their products and services. Thankfully,
it doesn't cost that much to make a product
that fits the needs of the people you're trying
to serve. What kind of product can you make
within the next few months?
Inorder to expand, ask yourself the
greatest question in the world: "How
can I deliver more value to more
people in less time???
 As your business expands, you’ll need to
create systems that support you. Systems
that work in your favor will keep your empire
from overwhelming you. The right system
allows you to protect your most valuable
asset: your time. Instead of rushing into false
pressures, non-emergencies, and menial
tasks, your systems will help you organize
and prioritize your tasks.
 Once your systems have gone beyond your own
capabilities, it's time to hire people to help you. For
some strange reason, many aspiring entrepreneurs
want to call themselves the CEO of the company and
assign positions to people who shouldn't even be in
their business in the first place. Hiring and training
people is a serious duty because of all the
responsibilities it entails.
 In my business, I've been able to multiply my income
because of those who I’ve hired: graphic designers,
editors, social media and website managers, lawyers,
personal assistants, and other specialists. Whether
my hired help are virtual or face-to-face, I let them
do what they do best as I take care of what I do best:
producing content.
 Once you get a good grip on serving your
market, you're going to want to scale and
leverage your business. To build a multi-
million dollar empire, you'll need to
produce on a massive level. However, the
only way you can cater to the masses is by
using your feedback to reach a bigger
audience. You should be able to get this
feedback from those you've already
served.
 When you build your competence, your
confidence grows. Personally, I feel more
confident after each video, article, and
speech I produce. Eventually, the
marketplace showed me how to engineer
bigger and better products and services to
reach more people. When you serve
hundreds of people, thousands will show up.
If you take care of thousands, millions will
come. Try it!
 Success begets success. If you start where
you are and absorb the opportunities around
you, you'll be able to drink the joys of life.
You have to take what you get in life to get
what you want out of life. Building a multi-
million dollar empire is about learning how
to serve people on a small level, then taking
it to the highest level.

  • 16. Every successful entrepreneur has courage, that is the key strength you need when going against the odds. they may pose as confident but they are equally confronted with fears and doubts presented to any aspiring entrepreneur.

They put in place objectives and parameters and make sure that their project(s) follow that path.  They come out as highly proactive individuals and don’t sit around waiting for opportunities to come knocking.

They have clearly stated strategies and outlined tactics on how to accomplish their goals. Discipline takes them as far as strictly following their business schedules and activities, observing there spending and investing habits to adhering to their personal and general business principles and ethics. Simply put; they are disciplined enough to daily take steps towards archiving their business objectives.

Their confidence pushes them to take even bigger risks that come with bigger rewards. When you come to think of it, a confident entrepreneur secures more trust and similar confidence in their clients and potential investors, another recipe for entrepreneurial success.

They need to win in the niches they choose and therefore need to win in the businesses and ventures that they create.  True entrepreneurs take competition positively and formulate strategies on how to come up with better products or services that draw interest in the market.

Ideas are constantly generated about efficiency and workflows, potential new business and people skills.  They have a receptive mind to new ideas and the ability to focus on the business side of everything around them.

A close look at Donald Trump’s problem solving and investment techniques reveals that he formulates solutions from the synthesis of other seemingly unrelated items.  Creativity puts his products and services above all others of a similar category in the market.

They are willing to invest in those extra hours to ensure that their business succeeds because they derive joy and satisfaction that goes beyond the money.  Successful entrepreneurs always read and research within their field on ways and techniques to create an outstanding and long-lasting business.

  • 30.  When you start out, you must realize that you have raw talents, skills, and abilities. Sometimes you'll have to go out of your way to find them for yourself. No one will find your gifts for you. You have to search for them on your own. Once you do, make a special effort to do what you do best
  • 31.  No one has the same exact story as you do! It doesn't matter what profession you're in — you must still learn to tell your story. When I started to tell my story, it taught me a lot about myself. It also led me to better opportunities because it improved my communication skills. What's your story? When are you going to share it?  Your story is important because it tells the world where you've been, who you are, and where you're about to go. Truthfully, everyone wants to know your story. Do yourself a favor and write your life story out in 5-10 pages. Keep in mind that it doesn't have to be perfect. Who knows? Maybe it might turn into a book!
  • 32.  If you want to build a multimillion-dollar business, you need a product to sell and a story to tell. When you look at the biggest brands out there, they share a story along with their products and services. Thankfully, it doesn't cost that much to make a product that fits the needs of the people you're trying to serve. What kind of product can you make within the next few months?
  • 33. Inorder to expand, ask yourself the greatest question in the world: "How can I deliver more value to more people in less time???
  • 34.  As your business expands, you’ll need to create systems that support you. Systems that work in your favor will keep your empire from overwhelming you. The right system allows you to protect your most valuable asset: your time. Instead of rushing into false pressures, non-emergencies, and menial tasks, your systems will help you organize and prioritize your tasks.
  • 35.  Once your systems have gone beyond your own capabilities, it's time to hire people to help you. For some strange reason, many aspiring entrepreneurs want to call themselves the CEO of the company and assign positions to people who shouldn't even be in their business in the first place. Hiring and training people is a serious duty because of all the responsibilities it entails.  In my business, I've been able to multiply my income because of those who I’ve hired: graphic designers, editors, social media and website managers, lawyers, personal assistants, and other specialists. Whether my hired help are virtual or face-to-face, I let them do what they do best as I take care of what I do best: producing content.
  • 36.  Once you get a good grip on serving your market, you're going to want to scale and leverage your business. To build a multi- million dollar empire, you'll need to produce on a massive level. However, the only way you can cater to the masses is by using your feedback to reach a bigger audience. You should be able to get this feedback from those you've already served.
  • 37.  When you build your competence, your confidence grows. Personally, I feel more confident after each video, article, and speech I produce. Eventually, the marketplace showed me how to engineer bigger and better products and services to reach more people. When you serve hundreds of people, thousands will show up. If you take care of thousands, millions will come. Try it!
  • 38.  Success begets success. If you start where you are and absorb the opportunities around you, you'll be able to drink the joys of life. You have to take what you get in life to get what you want out of life. Building a multi- million dollar empire is about learning how to serve people on a small level, then taking it to the highest level.
