2. The ending Credits for Sherlock homes Feature Clips from the film Showing
off each actor and then using a strange special effect where it looks like
illustrations on coffee stained paper or like on an old English diary. This is
Very conventional for the film as it is set in olden day England where such
diaries would be commonplace. I get the diary sort of feeling because at
points there are a few lines ofText but written fancily and placed out of the
way as to be unreadable but at the same time noticeable. This works well to
accent the overall effect and to not draw attention away from the names of
the actors being credited at the bottom of the screen. The images areVery
crisp and sharp and Detailed very well and I feel like they do not differ very
much from the actual images of the actor so as to keep them recognizable.

3. The end titles forThe avengers assemble uses a lot of iconography for each
role and actor in a similar style to Sherlock homes there is a representation
of the character that the actors name on screen played. For exampleWhen
CaptainAmerica's Shield flies by the camera in a slow blurred motion The
name for the actor who played him is displayed. The same goes forThe rest
of the actors and their characters. Everything is in a slow swooping kind of
motion as though flying through the air.The camera will focus on the point
closest towards it and will fade and blur as it moves away. This is very
effective and interesting to look at especially for an ending Sequence. The
way that the colours stand out and the way that only parts of the items or
suits are shown are a testament to the way that they are iconic. For example
you don’t need to see all of CaptainAmerica’s iconic Star Shield to Realise
what it is instantly.

4. When comparing an older film with more Recent Films you can really see
the difference in technology over the years. The final credits are just mostly
black background with fading white text and then eventually rolling
traditional credit text. When looking at these kind of credits you can really
see the way that media was developed over the years And the way that the
demand for interesting End credits has increased. Before the end Credits
there are 2 shots of a grave and then A wavingAmerican flag which then
fade into the black blank screen and white credits. A poignant and simple
effect. A lot of modern films often use the simple black screen and scrolling
text after the more interesting bits so you can see that this way Still works
and is still used but it is apparent that the Film makers would like to keep
your attention throughout the film to the very end because there is usually
something placed at the end of the film. This technique was not used as
much back in the 1990’s so the end credits didn’t have to be eye catching
