STAY PRETTY MUCH AWAY FROM WHAT YOU WOULD NOT FEED A BABY. BE GENTLE ON YOUR BODY. IT’S BEEN TRAUMATIZED.<br />YOU’LL WANT A HUGE AMOUNT OF SLEEP / REST. GET IT, IF YOU CAN. LOTS. Before, I’ve been able to get it. Eat, rest, eat, rest… Now, on the streets of DC, I can’t.
