Troubleshooting is vital to managing e-resources, but can we troubleshoot before there are problems? Auraria Library analyzed their troubleshooting data and uncovered trends that helped them create collaborative tools to improve e-access from an access flowchart to an e-maintenance log to keeping a vendor diary for use in renewal negotiations. These slides were presented at ER&L in Austin in 2014.
Medical office clerk performance appraisal
This document provides resources and templates for conducting a performance evaluation of a medical office clerk. HIV_Phylodynamics
This document discusses the evolution of HIV and resistance to treatment over time. It explains that HIV has a high mutation rate which allows it to quickly evolve resistance to individual drugs. While highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) was able to suppress viral loads, it did not reduce them to zero, allowing HIV to rebound once treatment is stopped. This ongoing ability of HIV to evolve resistance presents ethical challenges and ensures that a cure will not be easily achieved.

Merchandising coordinator performance appraisal

ARTIST IN A TIME OF CONFLICT
Stanley Bermudez is an independent artist and adjunct art instructor who has been painting images from his imagination as well as portraits of family and friends related to his Venezuelan heritage from 1985 to 1997. In 1997, he started graduate school and Hugo Chavez came into power in Venezuela, influencing his artwork which began to include socio-political flags and altars reflecting these events. Currently, his work focuses on themes of heritage, family, and commissions in a variety of styles.
Vans Marketing Research Final Paper

The team conducted 12 in-depth interviews to develop hypotheses and a 29 question online survey of 62 Millennials.
