them one-by-one
and importing an
Excel file.

file, Sportlyzer will create
training groups automatically
and add players in these.

name and email

If the system finds
matching accounts
accounts, they will be
suggested to you.
If you select a matching
account and continue, this
player will be sent an
invitation to join the club.
(S)he has to accept it,
before you are able to work
with him/her.
If there are no matching
accounts (Coaches,
Managers, Pro Players -
see slide 14) in
Sportlyzer, a new Player
account will be created.

Select the players
whose profiles
need updating.
Go to: Manager > Players
Open ‘more
actions’ and click
‘Request profile
update’
They will receive
emails with
personal profile
update URL-s.
14. The difference between Players and Pro
Players
Players (no icon in the
account column)
don’t have to sign up.
Their accounts are
created by the club’s
staff and they can use
the Player app and
receive emails.
Pro Players (with a
figure icon in the
account column)
can also use
training diaries.
15. Upgrading a Player to Pro Player
Click on the button ‘Give access’. The
player will receive an invitation email
and (s)he has to follow the link
provided in the email.
Go to: Manager > Players > Player account
Use it only with the players who you
want to log training on Sportlyzer.

about getting started with Sportlyzer
Our club is using a software platform Sportlyzer.com for membership administration and player
management. Here is a short explanation about how you can use it:
IMPORTANT! We have already added all players and parents to Sportlyzer and you don’t need to go
and sign up yourself. This would cause duplicate accounts and some extra work for us.
PLAYERS
You already have accounts on Sportlyzer. All you need to do is to download Sportlyzer Player App from
App Store or Play Store. Open the app and authenticate yourself with email.
For authentication you need to enter your personal email address into the app (use the same email
where you get messages from the club). Then Sportlyzer will send you an email. Open this email in
your phone, click the link in the email, and your app will be ready to use. (If you don’t use any email
app in your phone, then open your phone’s internet browser and log in to your email account there.)
Player App includes: training calendar, availability - letting your coach know if you are coming or not,
your attendance history, coach’s contacts, and possibility to update your contact data in the club.

20. PLAYERS' TRAINING DIARIES
If you need to log training and analyze training history, you need to ask access from us (your coach or
the club’s administrator). The access will be sent to you via email that contains a link. Open it and
create a password. With the combination of your email and password you will be able to log in to
Sportlyzer.com and mobile apps (Pro Player App in the App Store and GPS Sports Tracker App in the
Play Store).
PARENTS
You have already been added to your kids’ accounts as family contacts. All you need to do is to
download Sportlyzer Parent App from App Store or Play Store, open it, and authenticate yourself with
email.

where you get messages from the club). Then Sportlyzer will send you an email. Open this email in
your phone, click the link in the email, and your app will be ready to use. (If you don’t use any email

Parent App includes: access to your kid’s calendars, possibility to let the coach know if your kids are
going or not to a training/competition, your kids’ attendance history, coach’s contacts, and possibility to
update your kid’s contact data in the club.
Every month our club will send you an invoice using Sportlyzer. Besides the fees and costs it will also
contain information about your prepayments or debt to the club.
