  14. 14. Cloth Talk Our Dress code states:  No halter tops, spaghetti strap tops, tube tops, midriff tops, and low cut tops are not permitted. Shoulder straps must be at least 3 fingers in width.  Also for the boys, shirts must be fitted under the arms. All shorts, skirts, dresses are to be 7 inches about the kneecap.
