Sovereign Health Presents 2016 - Our Year in Community Involvement

  1. 1. Sovereign Health presents OUR YEAR IN COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT 2016
  2. 2. As we move into 2017, it’s important to remember Sovereign Health doesn’t only support our patients and their families.
  3. 3. Sovereign also supports the communities our facilities are located in. Here’s a look at a few of the various campaigns and events Sovereign Health played a role in during 2016:
  4. 4. LOS ANGELES Sovereign Health of Los Angeles participated in the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) 5k walk in downtown’s Grand Park in October.
  5. 5. Team Sovereign Health Dr. Amber Baig
  6. 6. SAN CLEMENTE The same day, Sovereign Health of San Clemente also particpated in the NAMI walk held in the city of Irvine’s Mason Park.

  8. 8. Sovereign Health of San Clemente’s Next Step Initiative also conducted a clothing drive this summer.
  9. 9. PALM DESERT In October, Sovereign Health made an appearance at the two-day annual Palm Springs Pride Festival.
  10. 10. CHANDLER Sovereign’s Chandler, Arizona, treatment facility had an open house event in June, celebrating the opening of Serenity House, a new phase of treatment for patients at the facility.
  11. 11. COMPANY-WIDE In response to the deadliest mass shooting in American history, Sovereign Health created a volunteer-staffed hotline to offer assistance and counseling to anyone affected by the tragedy.
  12. 12. Sovereign Health’s mission is to provide a broad spectrum of high-quality behavioral health treatment services for adults and adolescents, including support services for family members. One factor that differentiates Sovereign from other treatment providers has been the company’s ability to offer separate mental health and addiction or dual diagnosis treatment programs at its facilities.
