In West Africa alone, mobile Internet use is now on a par with fixed-line services; fixed Internet and mobile Internet penetration in Nigeria stands at 28% and 26% respectively. 95% OF MOBILE SUBSCRIBERS IN KENYA OWN AN INTERNET- ENABLED DEVICE.
