International Core Counsel Networks (over 100 firms) for the Corporate Legal department. The billing/invoicing
system was a web-based internet service that was implemented by UPS through an outsourced company,
Datacert.com, (AIMS E-Invoicing System, AIMS A/P Interface System, WS-FTP Pro Application System) that
uploaded legal information into their database application, Team Connect/SLIM Legal Management System.
 Prepared the Invoice Summary/Detail report for management approval via the AIMS A/P Interface and WS-FTP
Pro Application. Communicated to the CCN firms the adjustments made by the practice area workgroup during
in the review stage via email and personal phone call to the law firm’s contact person.
 Handled requests from the CCN regarding matter numbers, matter information, and error messages in regards to
billing The law firm was required to use UPS’s electronic system to transmit their monthly billing and a strict file
format was required. If an error message was generated by the electronic invoicing system, I informed the law
firm of the error, and assisted in getting it resolved by contacting the technical support representative of the
company who managed the system.
 Managed and processed the post payment report and refund requests that pertained to invoice adjustments for
the CCN. Provided payment information and explanation to the law firms on current and/or disputed invoice
amounts via the Oracle system.
 Performed general administrative duties in connection with the AIMS system for practice area workgroups.
Processed manual check authorization payments for special vendors. Researched and coded refund checks for
invoice adjustments to ensure proper credit to the correct department and region/district.
