People don’t all understand the case for change so it’s up to us to make sure it’s known, and then conversation can move on to talking about real action. It’s also up to us to make sure that the conversation reaches and includes everyone in the organisation.

We need to change the norm and that means starting at the very beginning. By constantly working away and modelling the attitude you want to see, change will gradually begin.
