Subject Content A correct diet is essential to get a good physical condition, so as to be healthy inthe daily life. There are different nutrients that provide mainly energy to our body, and we should know that they come from the food we eat every day. We are going to divide the food in4 maingroups: fruits, vegetables, junk food and sweets;but we have to know that there are more kind of food (fish, meat, bread...) We will work this lesson withmovement and body expression and implicating ourselves in the knowledge. 3. Language Content / Communication Vocabulary - Healthy habits and lifestyle - Nutrition
