  5. 5. <ul><ul><li>Minutes of the meeting to be conveyed to the mgmt on a regular basis. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>All team leaders should spare at least 10 min in a day to discuss issues and the open positions and requirements. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Detailed reports should be sent to the respective clients on Friday to keep them posted regarding the task done in the whole week. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Team leads should take up the initiative of generating leads with prospective clients they would like to work with. </li></ul></ul>Highlights of Team lead attributes:
  6. 6. <ul><ul><li>To realize the difference between resourcing and HR activities and convey it to the team where there exact role lies. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Ensure at least 4 fresh requirements are provided to the team every week. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>To ensure an SLA of at least 50 calls/day. Less calls –Zero networking </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Individual excel sheet to be maintained for the no of profiles uploaded and doing the later regularly.   9. 9. Team Motivation: Everyday Briefing, before the start of the day, assign individual/team targets w.r.t. sourcing. Every day 10 mins briefing and 15 mins meeting before C.O.B. Training: Weekly training, team building brain storming, bridging gaps on target, setting newer techniques. Every Saturday session discuss strategies for the coming week, 1:30 to 2:30.
  10. 10. <ul><li>Control/Supervision: </li></ul><ul><li>Number driving , be with the team and see the functioning, both usage of scripts as well as mailing templates. Make sure all the recruiters understand all the requirements specs of all our clients , including 5 salient selling points. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul>Database Management: Resume updating ( ensure maximum usage), tracking attestations and maximizing re routing. This is a daily /weekly and monthly routine, all data becomes fresh after 3 months, so please keep track of the data .
  11. 11. <ul><li>Report management: </li></ul><ul><li>Check on reports everyday , make sure all the reports are updated by the day.Have meeting only after gathering reports , completion of reports on the same day is a must </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul>Calls/mails: Effectively check quality of the calls , fine tune , emphasize on at least 3 references( stick to the script), effective use of templates and writing quick mails
  12. 12. <ul><li>Search and posting: </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor daily posting updates, check on regularly with competitors and make sure the recruiters are using all the effective search strings ( remember you have only 2 hrs of searching time everyday) . </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul>Spam mailing: Maximize returns on refer a friend programme. Ensure mails are shooted daily/weekly.
  13. 13. <ul><li>Invoice generation: </li></ul><ul><li>(Co ordination with Backend), get on the exact rates cross check with client ( target invoice should reach the client within 3 days of candidate start date) </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul>Client Management: Keep in touch with the client, for new requirement, delivery on time, please send excel sheet of work done weekly and get timely updates. ( Target 3 calls per week and one mail everyday, ( High level of engagement is the key)
  14. 14. Internal Hiring: This is probably more critical than all the other responsibilities, getting replacements is the key to the success of the team , please ensure that this is a proactive and parallel activity meeting great recruiters makes no harm. R & D: Stay ahead in the competition and be at par with the new process strategy and the numbers your competitors are driving.
