What can help you sleep through the night. Find out many sleeping tips that will help you have a restful night. Sleep deeply every night with these tips.

Slide 1: What Can Help Me Sleep Through The Night

Slide 2: Do You Want Better Sleep?

Slide 3: Are You Held Hostage Every Night?

Slide 4: When Was The Last Time You Were Rested & Happy To Wake Up?

Slide 5: Still Missing Out On Sleep?

Slide 6: Your Solutions: Fitness, Mental, Meditation, Hypnosis, Lemon Balm, Melatonin, Valerian Root, Passion Flower, G.A.B.A.

Slide 7: Fitness - When you work out your body is able to balance out it's chemicals and help put you to sleep. (You should work out for at least 10 min. a day.)

Slide 8: Mental - The mind can still be active when the body is ready to sleep. (Try the following mental exercises:)

Slide 9: Mental Exercise #1 - Focus on your breathing. Only think about how deep your breaths are. Try making each breath a little longer. See how few breaths you can take within a minute. (By the way holding your breath is cheating)

Slide 10: Mental Exercise #2 - Put your mind into a fictional story. Don't try to direct your thoughts but let your thoughts direct the story. (The less you focus on the story the better)

Slide 11: Meditation - Meditating can be a great mental relief for one's system. To Meditate try the Following:

Slide 12: Meditating Tip #1 - Re-live your day from start to finish. Start with when you woke up and mentally pass through your day as a spectator. (Don't allow your feelings to get involved, only visually see what happened throughout the day)

Slide 13: Meditating Tip #2 - Half an hour of writing in ones journal will mentally prepare one for bed. Write in your journal every night. (write down your feelings, and leave them stored up on those pages.)

Slide 14: Meditating Tip #3 - Talk with your spouse / sleeping partner. If there is someone that sleep next to you, go through your day with them. (Again avoid adding your feelings through out your recollection of the day. Go through it in a spectator view instead)

Slide 15: Meditating Tip #14 - Pray to God. As you speak to God each night you will find you are able to leave your worries, nervousness, and anxiety with someone better to take care of it. (If you're not religious find some type of higher being to talk to: Mother Nature, Zen, Karma, The Sun, etc.)

Slide 16: Hypnosis - Listening to some Hypnosis audio can help one fall into a deep sleep, that otherwise is impossible to reach. (For some FREE HYPNOSIS audio visit www.somnirest.com/cd)

Slide 17: Herbs & Elements - If non of the above works for you there are quite a few herbs & Elements you can use to help you sleep. The following are well known herbs:

Slide 18: Lemon Balm

Slide 19: Melatonin

Slide 20: Valerian Root

Slide 21: Passion Flower
