WHAT: Foursquare Photo ContestWe launched a Foursquare photo contest whereconsumers had a chance to win a $25 Jamba Juice giftcard if they took a photo of their smoothie and upload itto Foursquare after checking in at their local South FloridaJamba Juice store.GOALS:•  To create excitement among consumers who wereeager to show off their Foursquare skills while competingto win a prize.•  Create consumer engagement both online and offline.•  Get a boost in revenue.•  Increase consumers foot traffic to each store.

  8. 8. THE CONTEST: The contest ran from November 7th, 2011 to December 5th, 2011. Participants were required to check-in to Jamba Juice on Foursquare at any of the eleven-featured locations, take a photograph of a smoothie, and post the photograph on Foursquare. Three winners were chosen to receive a free $25 Jamba Juice gift card.

The Result:•  312 New Customers that month.•  Built a collection of photos showing Jamba’s smoothieson each local store Foursquare pages.•  Hundreds of Photos were uploaded within a 4 weekperiod.•  Over 1800 Check-ins.•  Drove hundreds of existing customers through the doorswho were eager to enter the contest.•  The photos and chatter about the contest from existingcustomers encouraged their Twitter and Facebook friendsto go to the store to join the contest as well.
