The bridge between is freedom.Hubbers are free agents and they enact their agential freedomand identify with, and own, their individual and collectiveactions. They live a freedom of self enfolded within largercollective fields of freedom.2. Members and Structure. The bridge between is wisdom.Hubbers enact wise choice. Within the field of choice, wiseaction is clarified and catalysed. Their agency and intentionalstructures catalyse novel solutions to seemingly impossibleproblems.3. Structure and Ownership. The bridge between is hope.Hubbers create their futures within varieties of fields of hope.As owners of their futures, they write the script, build thescaffolds, and create the structures that enable the realisationof hopeful futures. @njhoughton
