A LITTLE ABOUT US
Smart Spaces Pvt Ltd, was established with a vision to change the real estate
landscape in the country through the innovative perspective of offering less to give
young Indians more. Using innovations in technology and streamlining spaces to
reduce costs, unnecessary frills and create living spaces that are smarter. Spaces
that don't have everything, but rather have everything you need.
Smart Spaces is promoted by a group of professionals that have a combined
professional real estate experience of over 85 years. They have been responsible
for the successful development and delivery of 3 million plus square feet across
both in Bangalore & Mysore, and have satisfied over 2000 customers.
Our team is made up of young, passionate and highly qualified professionals, each
of whom takes personal ownership of every aspect of the real estate business as a
whole, and each individual project.
Starting by building 0.6 million square feet of smart spaces across Bangalore home to our headquarters - and Mysore this year, with another 1.2 million square
feet by the next financial year, we envision a pan India presence in the next three
