Context: The Villa Durazzo-Pallavicini and its park are located in Pegli,in the west end of Genoa.Attached to the villa there is the LigurianArcheology Museum, one of the finestnationally.The park and the extraordinary botanicalgarden are open daily.
Problem: Museum,Park and Botanical Gardenare perceived by citizens asa valuable but unsafe place.

Solutions:Informal and custom approach thanks to:Qr-Code and Isaac by Age by NeedsManaging data in a central database.(New Tourism Website)Interaction with many different methodologiesand with the integration of management,access and data transmission techniques.Information without charge thanks to Wi-Fi.A Video vigilance system. Reflections:- Giving an answer to the need of contact betweenman and nature.- Giving an answer to citizens request to makeCity’s green areas, parks and villas, a cleaner andsafer place.- Use new tecnologies for assessing citizenswishes;- Involve users and stakeholders in Genova SmartCity action planning with living labs.
