Now that you know more about SEO and the current position of you site, sign up for Google Webmaster Tools https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
Leave the tool to collect data for the next couple of days and then go back in and explore the interface.
Keep an eye on who is visiting your site & why they are visiting it, sign up for Google Analytics http://www.google.co.uk/analytics/

• Metrics aren’t useful until you have a history built up.• Metrics appear in Analytics a day behind.• Go back into your analytics in a few days and take a look around the various tabs to get insights into your visitors and what they are most interested in on your site.
Explore listening to the web / social and share your thoughts in the group. Note who/what your favored sources are - For collaboration AND flow of more data. Create twitter lists, Facebook lists so you can continue to updateSet up the Yoast plugins, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, and then familiarize yourself with them.
