Qu 8 – perhaps not enough information but… ◦ Don’t cripple project from start ◦ Don’t use up contingencies during planning stage

  7. 7.  1. Check title & date box Is this the correct ◦ Project ◦ Title ◦ Date – Start & finish – sensible? ◦ Version 2. Check the timescale ◦ Does it make sense? ◦ Is it convenient/useful for your project? 3. If M/S Project is this the Gantt chart view?
  8. 8.  4. Where & what are the milestones? 5. Do you agree with the Tasks or activities 6. Do these activities lead logically to the milestones? 7. Where is the critical path? 8. Is everything connected? 9. Do any of the tasks sit out by themselves? ◦ If, so they don’t mean anything.
