etc…). It includes all stages of projects from outline concepts, surveys, assessments, computer aided
design, and contract documentation. My experience covers- Preparation of Tender Documents,
Abstraction of quantities from drawings, Preparation of Bills of quantities, Estimation and Analysis
of rates.
My experiences also covers- Site supervision, Designing of Concrete Structures using different

► Loss Reports: Preparation of Project loss Reports on General items based on the Staff / Labour
Salaries, Vehicles for Engineer, Staff & Departments, Bank charges, Stationary usages, Safety Items,

► Material Wastage Reports: Preparation of material Wastage report based on the actual delivery of
material, theoretical Usage, Allowable wastage % and Actual wastage %.
► Sub Contractor Liability Reports: Preparation of Sub Contractor Liability report for the Current
Month, Previous Month and Total.
► Sub Contractor Rate / Cost Comparison Reports: Preparation of Sub Contractor Cost Vs Actual

►Tendering: Preparation of estimate in detail by interpreting the drawings and specification getting
Quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers, analyzing and finalizing the tender submission.
►Tender Queries: To study the tender documents in details and to assess the BOQ and to raise queries
to the Client in case of variation from the specified quantities and specifications.

►Summary of Plant/ Equipments/ Material/ Manpower: To develop tender cost summaries
including equipment, materials and labor calculations for final approval.
► Sub-Contractor Quotations: Comparing the subcontractors Quotations of the each individual item
and forwarding to the management to award the subcontractor with the lowest price.
► Material Finalisation: Send enquiries to suppliers for materials involved in the work items and to
finalize the price for the tender and to create a master list of materials and suppliers and their prices.
► Rate Analysis: Evaluate unit rates, for new items of work, by sending enquiries to suppliers of
materials and to evaluate the productivity of work as per the progress from the site.
►Comparison of Supplier / Subcontractor Price: Prepare price/ cost comparison and cost analysis of
materials, labor and equipment against quantities and rates priced in the BOQ for management
approval.
► Contractual Documents: Checking the tender drawings with contract drawings and submitting the
variation to the consultant if any, and checking the pre & post contract specifications, bill of
quantities, condition of contract, if there are any changes or obligations will be forwarding to the
project manager and management level and resolve.
► Quantity take Off: Taking off the major quantities from the construction drawings for
the site requirement to place the order of quantities for procurement and to recheck with the Supplier
invoice & quantities.
► Extension of Time Claim & Prolongation Cost: Submission detailed Interim & Final Particulars of
the Extension of Time & associated Prolongation cost based on the Contractual Clasuses with all
associated substantiations.
► Recapitulation / Reconciliation: Preparing recapitulation of the BOQ & Reconciliation of Material
delivered to site
► Variation: Quantification, Pricing, and Negotiations for the items either added or deducted in the
project main contract documents.
► Interim / Final Payments: To prepare and submit the Interim / Final payments for submission to the
Consultant / Client for approval and obtaining the approval from the Client.
► Sub-Contractor Payment Certificate: Finalizing the subcontractor bills by taking measurements,
mutually or individually at site with the Sub Contractor and certifying the bills.
► Meetings: To conduct meetings on behalf of the Company with the Clients and Sub-Contractors to
negotiate and finalize the offer.
► Site Visits: Perform site inspection/ verifications of variation and additional work items claimed by
contractors.

  • 6. ►Summary of Plant/ Equipments/ Material/ Manpower: To develop tender cost summaries including equipment, materials and labor calculations for final approval. ► Sub-Contractor Quotations: Comparing the subcontractors Quotations of the each individual item and forwarding to the management to award the subcontractor with the lowest price. ► Material Finalisation: Send enquiries to suppliers for materials involved in the work items and to finalize the price for the tender and to create a master list of materials and suppliers and their prices. ► Rate Analysis: Evaluate unit rates, for new items of work, by sending enquiries to suppliers of materials and to evaluate the productivity of work as per the progress from the site. ►Comparison of Supplier / Subcontractor Price: Prepare price/ cost comparison and cost analysis of materials, labor and equipment against quantities and rates priced in the BOQ for management approval. ► Contractual Documents: Checking the tender drawings with contract drawings and submitting the variation to the consultant if any, and checking the pre & post contract specifications, bill of quantities, condition of contract, if there are any changes or obligations will be forwarding to the project manager and management level and resolve. ► Quantity take Off: Taking off the major quantities from the construction drawings for the site requirement to place the order of quantities for procurement and to recheck with the Supplier invoice & quantities. ► Extension of Time Claim & Prolongation Cost: Submission detailed Interim & Final Particulars of the Extension of Time & associated Prolongation cost based on the Contractual Clasuses with all associated substantiations. ► Recapitulation / Reconciliation: Preparing recapitulation of the BOQ & Reconciliation of Material delivered to site ► Variation: Quantification, Pricing, and Negotiations for the items either added or deducted in the project main contract documents. ► Interim / Final Payments: To prepare and submit the Interim / Final payments for submission to the Consultant / Client for approval and obtaining the approval from the Client. ► Sub-Contractor Payment Certificate: Finalizing the subcontractor bills by taking measurements, mutually or individually at site with the Sub Contractor and certifying the bills. ► Meetings: To conduct meetings on behalf of the Company with the Clients and Sub-Contractors to negotiate and finalize the offer. ► Site Visits: Perform site inspection/ verifications of variation and additional work items claimed by contractors.
