Quality Control Engineer B.E in Mechanical HSC SSLC
Inspect the incoming materials received from stores.
Accept the materials which are as per the specification and standards.
Prepare an inspection report on the material inspected and prepare a rejection
report if any material is rejected and send it to superior.
Inspect and verify the specifications, drawings and standards by conducting visual
and measurement tests, hydraulic, pneumatic and nitrogen tests to ensure the
quality of the product is as per the set standards.
Verify if the production is as per the Process Flow Chart.
Assembly for Automatic Drain and Manual Drain.
Drawing verification and verifying the ‘Packing List’.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and
Environment Management System requirements.
Contact customers and suppliers when necessary to confer on specific quality
Conduct performance tests to check if the product gives the desired results.
Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-
work and waste and update the data into quality database.

Title: - Evaluation and Performance Improvement of Steam Turbine Generator (From
The steam turbine is the most efficient steam engine and for this reason is universally used
for electrical generation.To maximize turbine efficiency the steam is expanded, doing work,
in a number of stages. In this project we can improve the efficiency of Turbine by removing
the impurities, i.e.; by removing impurities from Turbine Blade. For this purpose Steam
Washer and Steam Separator is used. Thus improves the efficiency.
Pneumatic Bearing Puller
This project deals with design and fabrication of a pneumatic bearing puller.
The pneumatic bearing puller is used to removing the bearings in the shaft by holding the
bearing shaft in between two fixtures.
