The Apple Watch Series 5 is highlighted as the best overall smartwatch, featuring the latest processor, various health sensors like heart rate and ECG, and the longest battery life. While smartwatches provide useful fitness and health tracking features, some argue they may not be worth the expensive price tag for most users who do not fully utilize all their capabilities. Smartwatches are effective for those who use their advanced features, but many may be wasting money on the technology if they do not take advantage of its full potential.
