  3. 3. MICROPROCESSORS MICROCONTROLLERS A microprocessor is a computer processor which incorporates the functions of a computer’s CPU on single IC. It is a hardware that can process logical code A microcontroller is ‘all in one’ , the processor , ram ,rom and IO on the one chip EMBEDDED SYSTEMS An embedded system is some combination of computer hardware and software, either fixed in capability or programmable, that is designed for a specific function or for specific functions within a larger system.
  4. 4. Digital pins can read or write 2 possible values HIGH or LOW (1 or 0), whereas Analog pins can read a value between 0 to 1023 and write a value between 0 to 255.
