New COD Feature for your Facebook Shop

  2. 2. STEP 1: Set up for Cash on Delivery.A) Log into ShopTab and complete the integration with your Facebook page. Then selectSettings (#1) then choose COD (#2). #1 #2B) Now select to enable COD payments.
  3. 3. C) Add your products #1 #2
  4. 4. D) You can now upload a photo from your computer, server or photo site. As stated in ourTerms of Service, you must have complete ownership of all images that you use in your store.Click on the Choose File button as seen below:
  5. 5. You will then select your image file you want to upload. Click update and your image will now appear under your product listing.
  6. 6. Your listing will appear in your store as noted below. Note: You have the option to select to turn on PayPal payment or connect to your e-commerce site with the COD option. Reference the support database for how to activate PayPal or e-commerce. An example of a PayPal button with a COD option for each in a store is shown below.
  7. 7. Step 2: Set up your FormOn the same page you have the option to set up your COD form.Click on theEdit COD translations tab to access the form.
  8. 8. COD Translation Form: Be sure to click the Update button at the bottom of the page once youare done with your translations.
  9. 9. 3) You will have immediate access to all form completions via email notices(sent to your email address in your Settings/Personal section) as well asunder Settings/Options. There is a CSV file download option for all sales aswell.
