The GEM PALACE Heritage In 1852, the Kasliwal family established The Gem Palace in the royal city of Jaipur Jewelers for over eight generations, the Kasliwal’s were the distinguished court jewellers to Moghul emperors.   7. 7. A superb collection of jewellery has been designed using the original techniques of the Byzantine period, inspired by the heritage of Greek And Roman art. In the Byzantine world, the protective properties of Christian images were thought to ward off evil and to bring good fortune.
