Cold Day Welcomes Hot Item For Boomers Jan 3, 2012 “Coldest morning of the year (ok, ok: so this is only the 3rd day of the new year, but at 25 degrees, it was frigid cold outside!) found us bundled and huddled at 10 a.m. at WP Jones Park for the new Duluth Active Adult Activity Building Ground Breaking Ceremony. Parks & Recreation Director, Kathy Marelle kicked off the ceremony, handing the first shovel to Duluth Mayor Nancy Harris. Fellow Council Members , Duluth City Staff, and President of the Duluth FAB Senior Advisory Board Herb Link with several other FAB Board Members joined the Mayor and Kathy in attempting to turn a bit of hard ground in honor of the occasion…” Positive Public Image, Inc.
