  2. 2. About Us We are a new proposal to develop business through Contact Centers Off-Shore and Near-Shore, based in Argentina (Buenos Aires) and Spain (Madrid). A young company with a different approach when providing business solutions for the market, where dynamics and flexibility are essential variables. S&T develops a huge network of platforms throughout Latin America and joins their great potential to closely interact with customers and our experience in project start-up and follow-through

Our Work Our project division in the Contact Centers and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) deals with the development of business and opportunities for those European and American platforms that consider their presence in international markets strategic and optimize the off-shore and near-shore models to seek new customers. We have the "Know-How" and the strategic experience to bring new business to those platforms that want to further develop their current portfolio and obtain larger profits. By including platforms in the main countries of Latin America and Europe, we provide a wide range of possibilities to lodge off-shore and near-shore projects.

Appropriate legal environment The de-regulation of the long distance telephony segment in some countries enables Call Center companies to get access to different world class operators under competitive conditions. In addition, labor laws provide an appropriate framework for Call Center development. OFF-SHORE

The region has the advantage of 1 hour minimum, 5 hour maximum time difference with countries in America and Europe. There is one hour difference with U.S.A Eastern coast and 4 hour difference with the Western coast. The difference with the European central countries is 5 hours. OFF-SHORE

The development of these centers to relate with customers is also the result of an evolution of the role played by customers in S&T business development strategy. Two important trends have developed in the sector recently. On the one hand Call Center “outsourcing” and on the other “off-shoring”. The latter is still at a start if we compare the proportion between work positions abroad and those at company headquarters. However, in the mid-term it may turn to be significant, mainly in destination countries.
