  3. 3. and airport counters. •Supported T1 and analog voice circuits terminating in the ACDs. •Supported Rockwell D2 ACD systems and peripheral devices. •Supported statistical multiplexers, modem banks and concentrators. 8/1987 - 12/1988 SystemOne/EDS Miami/Fl •Supported the SystemOne National Help Desk. •Duties included; moves/adds/changes,upgrades and maintenance of a Rockwell GVS3000 ACD. •Assisted with support of Miami International Airport voice requirements. •Assisted vendors in the maintenance of Eastern Airlines Reservations Center's Rockwell D2 ACD. •Assisted the SystemOne team with travel agency installations of SystemOne CRS on switched data services. 8/1983 - 8/1987 Rockwell International Switching Systems Division Dallas/TX •Installation, testing and cut-over of Rockwell D-systems and GVS-3000 ACD's as well as supervision of cable contractors, and consulting with onsite facilities/telecommunications personnel. •Responsibilities included extensive travel, project management duties and meeting cut-over deadlines. •Responsible for circuit completion to the CPE and testing with service providers. •Responsible for inventorying and shipping of Rockwell equipment. •Worked with very minimal, remote supervision. •Also performed upgrades and offered site coverage to Rockwell's various districts. Customers included the following: •MCI, Delta Airlines, IRS, JC Penny's, Bank of New York, State Street Bank, Federal Express, British Airlines, Chemical Bank, and American Express. Routing, phone builds, dial plan, least cost routing, system architecture, trunking, Business View Composer/Observer, Telephony Diagnostic System tools were included in the training. 4/1999 Intecom E-Platform ACD/PBX certification Dallas TX Multiple courses; Station installation, system database, OEM hardware maintenance and troubleshooting of Intecom E-3, E14 and E-21 systems. Courses covered 4 weeks of training w with a final exam for certification. 7/1996 Rockwell International Spectrum ACD training US-IL-Downer's Grove Three weeks of training consisting of administration, database, hardware, troubleshooting, upgrades and equipment installation. Certification granted after testing successfully. 8/1983 Rockwell International Galaxy ACD certification Richardson TX Five week full-time certification program included detailed and extensive training on telephony principals, DEC PDP 11 processor operation, the Galaxy hardware platform, theory, and maintenance of all attached peripherals. Testing throughout the course reinforced acquired knowledge.
