Just-in-Time-Sequencing provides tightly coordinated operational sequences by default.  Raw materials, parts, components and completed assembly  are  pulled into production on a 'sequenced just-in-time' basis . Enables you to receive-to-sequence , manufacture-to-sequence and ship-to-sequence with little or no effort.  Also eliminates excess inventory throughout the value chain.

Sequencing of Material Flows Optiflow-Le's Just-in-Time-Sequencing provides tightly coordinated operational sequences by default.  Raw materials, parts, components and completed sub-assembly are  pulled into production on a ' sequenced just-in-time ' basis. You may ~ Receive-to-Sequence, Assemble-to-Sequence, Manufacture-to-Sequence and Ship-to-Sequence ~ with little or no effort.  
  19. 19. Sequencing of Inventory Buffers Out-bound sequencing of material & goods flow is tightly coupled with Kanban-Loop quantities. To accommodate 'ship-to' sequences, schedules are reverse engineered to seamlessly integrate with delivery dates. Sequences can be extended beyond the factory floor and include transportation, shipping ….. any further process.
