  1. 1. Death penalty or capital punishment <br />It is corporal punishment. As its name implies, this is to take life, which according to law, is guilty of serious misconduct. <br />It started with the law of : an eye for eye, tooth for tooth<br />

  5. 5. Is the death penalty really a solution?The death penalty is applied by measuring with a scale of justice, but, whose hands are that scale?Is anyone really able to measure a crime?<br />
  6. 6. + Favor<br />This Kind of penalty is the only feared by criminals, because it doesn’t has reverse gear.<br />Death penalty constitutes a means to eliminate of the society to antisocial people.<br />This causes a feeling of collective security in the population.<br />Population doesn’t have to pay tax <br />
  7. 7. - Against<br />Logical Alternative is full compliance with penalities.<br />The death penalty constitutes a revenge.<br />The death penalty does not replace the loss of a victim.<br />This penalty does not reverse the crime.<br />The Declaration on Human Rights prohibits it.<br />
  8. 8. We need to consider…<br />1. Only God can take life <br />2. The judges who condemned to death are human, so that can go wrong and blame the innocent.<br />
