  2. 2. What is Google? • www.google.com- a search engine where internet users can find information in many different languages. Users can also: – check stock quotes, sports scores, find news headlines and look up the addresses of your local businesses – find images, videos, maps, patents and much more. • With universal search technology, you can often find all of these things combined in one query

  4. 4. Problems for Google • Because Google is not a real-time search engine, it has fallen behind sites such as Facebook and Twitter • a host of other search engines, including produce searches that are almost as good as Google-- and in certain categories maybe even better, according to users.
