Background• Set up in April 2011 by Karen Brown• We provide training and support to businesses and individuals mainly in Longford, Leitrim, and Roscommon, but occasionally in Westmeath and Sligo• Specialist in providing practical hand-on courses, that focus on “How to…”• Able to breakdown complex IT applications into manageable sections• Able to support users from beginners to experts

About Karen Brown• Qualified as a nurse in 1994• Started IT training in 2000, mainly on clinical databases• Member of the Institute of IT Trainers (now Learning and Performance Institute) since 2003• Microsoft Master Instructor – qualified to expert level on Microsoft Office applications• Certified Change Management Professional

Professional achievements• Set up training services from scratch, twice• Designed, developed and administered an Access database with 3000+ staff details, over 120 locations with 350+ medical devices and recording 1300 course events• Developed business processes for a new disabled blue badge system• Developed an intranet site that became the de-facto standard in the organisation• Developed eLearning modules for Training Tracker• Keynote speaker at the Equipment Library Forum in 2009
