  12. 12. Competition Most online recruitment firms are broad spectrum agencies. They do not focus only on educational staffing. With hundreds and thousands of positions they are not able to focus on criteria needed to select a qualified teaching candidate. There are a few that focus on Educational staffing but are either limited to their home country and do not have a known international presence. A few have known international presence such as teachaway, seriousteacher, joyjobs, eslfocus, englishjobsturkey. However, they are focused on only English teaching jobs while ignoring other subjects and are mostly a job posting board. They do not have a service like ours where a cloud based “Filter & Match” technology is used to send only suitable candidates to schools. We are way ahead of the competition with the upcoming addition of our cloud based “Filter & Match” technology streamlining the hiring process for schools and making it easier for applicants to apply for only jobs that they are qualified and a suitable candidate for. We aim to expand our physical presence in Turkey to all cities and expand our digital presence all over the world by having the most user-friendly experience for teachers and having an effective streamline hiring process for schools.
