  1. 1. SEAN W. STEVENS 10021 - 96A Avenue Cell: 403-975-9706 Box 191 Home: 587-674-1451 Plamondon, Alberta Email: swsaa@hotmail.com TOA 2TO Current Title: Field Operations (1 Year) Previous Title: Document Control and Records Administrator (3 Years) As a person, I am very positive, respectful and caring. As an employee, I have a very strong work ethic. I am focused, deadline driven and respect core company values. I have never left a job at the end of the day without all the day's work completed. I am extremely reliable and I am very organized. I am a very detail-oriented and conscientious person. I'm excellent with multi- level problem solving from computer issues, to delegating work, to document concerns, to mathematical errors, to working independently, to handling interpersonal issues in a team environment. Having worked in construction, oil and gas and various administration/accounting environments, I have acquired a very unique skill set. I understand the sequence of business that takes place within a large corporation, so I'm able to make knowledgeable decisions within my position's capacity that may greatly assist those down the line or up the line. These attributes have been a significant benefit to the company, while I've worked in the document control and records management capacity. Throughout my work history, I have been exposed to various financial software programs, document control/management databases, on-site pipeline management programs, electronic equipment related to construction/survey and standard office software programs. While working with Enbridge, I worked with IBM Maximo (Asset Management Program) and Livelink Document Management, which is an ECM (Enterprise Content Management Program). I took multiple document management courses throughout my time with Enbridge, outlining the principles of RIM (Records Information Management), together with company policy/procedure and software training. In addition to the above, I took the Records Management Fundamentals Certificate Course through the University of Toronto, Continuing Education via Enbridge in Edmonton. My long-term goal has always been to be in a Document Control/Records Management position. With the downturn in oil and gas last year, the administrative functions in the Athabasca- Enbridge region were moved to Edmonton and I had to change positions and work in the field. I have since moved my family to Plamondon, Alberta, bought a house and this is where we intend to stay permanently. When I saw the Records Management Coordinator position advertised by the Lac La Biche County, I fit all the criteria and know I'll be an asset to the Lac La Biche County. Not only do I bring experience, education and a strong work ethic to the table, but a long-term loyalty and commitment to the Lac La Biche County and its community. Best regards,
