12. Learnings
Technical environment assessment - we did not foresee technical issues with
firewalls to get the website and TRIM communicating
TRIM Knowledge – no internal resource and we relied on Seamless for the
technical TRIM skills
Having an In-house TRIM expert would have been easier to deliver the
TRIM component
Organic growth – requires an expansion of the TRIM Bridge – we are
currently mapping out
Website maintenance - we assumed we could grow and maintain our website
with existing resources
In-house website developer is required
