A small serene town on the National Highway No. 94 between Rishikesh and Agrakhal, on the yamunotri road. Duadhar is renowned for its cool and cloudy weather. Dhuandhar, literally means Fall which owns Smoke or the place where clouds accumulate at any time or for most of the time. Nature has abundantly showered this small town with lots of natural comforts. The village lies at a height of about 1450 m.
Moreover it has now become a huge tourist attraction due to its climatic conditions as well as due to the fact that the snow-covered Himalyan peaks are visible from there.
